Sankalp – Ride to Ola Giga Factory – August 15th, 2025

Event Overview:

Join us for our 4th group ride from Bangalore to the Ola Giga Factory and back, exclusively on Ola electric scooters and Ola Bikes. 

All variants are welcome, except the Ola S1X 2kW due to its small battery capacity.

Ola is providing charging points (You need to carry your Scooter Charger) at breakfast and snack stops to support the ride.

Ride Schedule:

• 08:30 AM – Gather at Ola Experience Center, Indiranagar 
• • Location: OLA Electric Store – Electric Scooter Showroom in Indiranagar 

(Indiranagar showroom has limited charging points. People coming from far can reach early around 7-7:30 AM and top up charge here) Since our next charging point is ~ 70 – 80kms from here.

• 09:00 AM – 🏁 Flag-off from Ola Experience Center, Indiranagar 

Note: We will be starting at 9:00 AM sharp to ensure we arrive on time for the event.(Pls do not be late) If you are late, you can join us in any of the pitstop mentioned below by following our live location.

• 11:00 AM – Breakfast Stop at A2B, Hosur Road (70KM)
  • Location: Adyar Ananda Bhavan – A2B
    Charging Stop: Charging points will be available here. ~1hour of charging here.

     

• 12:00 AM – Resume Ride to Ola Giga Factory (80 km)

  • Location: OLA GIGA FACTORY (Cell manufacturing) 

• 01:30 PM – Arrival at Ola Giga Factory

We aim to arrive by 01:30 PM to allow time for parking, setting up charging for vehicles, and registration.

• 02:00 PM – 07:00 PM – Event at Ola Giga Factory  
  • Ola Sankalp Event
  • Lunch at the Ola Giga Factory.
  • Factory tour of Ola Giga Factory.

Charge Scooters to 100% during the event

• 07:00 PM – Start Return Journey From Ola Giga Factory
• 08:30 PM – Snacks Stop at A2B, Hosur Road
  • Location: Adyar Ananda Bhavan – A2B 

Charging Stop: Charging points will be available here.

• 12:00 AM [Next Day] – Arrival back in Bangalore

Live location will be shared on the WhatsApp group once the  ride starts which should help riders to join the ride if they are late or want to join in between at any mentioned pitstop.

Important Reminders:

• Helmet: Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
• Ride Gear: Optional, but recommended.
• Shoes: Wearing shoes is mandatory for factory entry.
• Carry Your Scooter Chargers: Essential for recharging at breakfast, snacks, and the factory. mandatory (Do not miss your charger) No one is responsible for lost or damage, please ensure to keep it safe. No Chargers will be provided.
• Rain Gear: Please carry rain gear (Weather are unpredictable for safer ride please carry it).
• QR Code: You must register in www.olasankalp.com Ola Sankalp Registration site and get the QR Code for Giga Factory Entry. No QR No Entry.
• Live Location: Will be shared in the group when the ride starts, so that riders joining in between or pit stop can track and join us.
